hi there,
any advice on why i keep getting an error message:
"There was a problem reading this document (12)"
when i place an ILLustrator 10 eps into a Quark XPress Passport programme and then PDF it. it is so annoying.
Please help. I would appreciate any advice on how to get rid of this stupid message which is driving me mad!

Why don't export the PDF directly from Illustrator?
Anyways, try exporting the prior version EPS rather than Illustrator 10 EPS. Sometimes there are some effects and layers included in v10 eps.but if you export it in v9 or prior version it will removed that effect and will export a simple eps. try it! |
